Heritage Estates is an exclusive neighbourhood of prestigious Georgian & Regency era executive residences in Richmond Hill, a high income suburb of Toronto. There are close to 90 different detached executive home models built by eight builders on generous lots of 50 x 115' from 1985 to 1990.
